Genii Group Inc is a private investment and operating company. We acquire strong, essential home service businesses across the United States — and grow them without erasing what made them work.

A generation of owners who built real businesses — roofing, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, pool, landscaping — are reaching the age where they want to step back. Many of them have no one to hand the business to.
And without a real transition, a company that took thirty years to build can be gone in a matter of months.
We don't think that should be the ending. Not for the owner. Not for the employees. Not for the community that depends on the service.
So we built a company whose entire job is to give those owners a way out that protects everything they care about.
Genii Group Inc is a private investment and operating company. We acquire strong, essential home service businesses across the United States — and grow them without erasing what made them work.

We keep the name your community already knows.

Your employees remain the heart of the business.

The trust you've earned stays intact.

Systems and leadership that help the business thrive for decades.

Jay Jackson has spent his career watching good businesses run good people into the ground because the business couldn't run without them.
He learned the fix early. First in the United States Air Force, then building his own companies in marketing and strategy, he saw that the difference between a business that owns you and a business you own comes down to systems.
He proved it on himself: he rebuilt his own company from eighteen-hour days into something he could lead in a fraction of the time, without it falling apart when he stepped out of the room.
Then he kept meeting the same person. A successful owner, decades of blood in the business, a team like family, customers who trusted them by name, and no one to hand it to—and no buyer they trusted not to wreck it.
So they just kept working, because the alternative was watching it die.
Jay built Genii Group for that owner.

He's sold companies to private equity twice, giving Genii firsthand insight into how durable platforms are built, valued, and grown.
